The Eagle Works - Carlton Road, NG3 from £385 per month all inclusive. A 20 minute walk out of the old Sneinton Market / Creative Quarter hub and behind Nottingham’s Ice Arena takes you to the iconic Eagle Works factory where a traditional Victorian Mill factory received an Art Deco makeover many years ago, still now largely intact and with some offices no longer in use available to rent on flexible terms - but it must be seen to appreciate what’s there!
