Suite S3 is a good one or two person starter room on the second floor of the No.56 High Pavement building with a view to the front overlooking Stoney Street. It can be furnished as required for an incoming occupier and the monthly rate is £300 plus VAT.

Optional extras are an internet service from £10 per month or full blown fast broadband and Smart Phone at £30 per month (plus competitive rate call charges).

Included in the room fee are rates, heating & lighting plus all our facilities including tea, coffee and filtered water and in addition use of our 6-8 person meeting rooms subject to an online booking system.
