We are full at 12 High Pavement and nearly full at our main Lace Market House centre but are working on:

• A good tall-ceiling room on the first floor at Lace Market House with a lovely aspect over St Mary's Church and close to the main staircase and meeting rooms starting at £300 per month for single occupancy.

• A single person office and a 3-4 person room at our new location close by with indicative rates of £200 and £500 respectively per month (more details soon).

• Co-working space at Lace Market House starting at £50 per month and with additional services available.

All pricing is plus VAT and will include business rates, heating/lighting, tea/coffee/filtered water and use of our meeting rooms on an electronic diary system subject to fair use.

Comms are bespoke and supplied by Excell Group, costs are extra but typically are £15 for small room broadband and £20 for smart handsets, plus competitive call charges and VAT.

All contracts are plus VAT with Three Months initial and rolling calendar monthly thereafter, including Comms.
